Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Railway Engineering or related discipline.
- 20+ years of overall professional experience.
- 15+ years of railway signalling experience.
- Proven CBTC experience across installation, construction supervision, testing and commissioning.
- Experience on at least one signalling package valued at USD 30 million or greater.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight and specialist support for railway signalling installation, construction supervision, testing and commissioning.
- Monitor contractor performance and compliance with project specs and international standards.
- Review signalling designs, construction methodologies, testing procedures and commissioning documentation.
- Support stakeholders throughout implementation and project delivery.
- Assist in knowledge transfer, training and capacity-building initiatives.
