Qualifications

• BS in Radiologic Technology with PRC license.
• 2–5 years in radiology/imaging setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient safety focus.
• Experience mentoring or guiding colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the radiology team to deliver timely, patient-centered diagnostic services.
• Oversee daily imaging operations for smooth workflows and patient experience.
• Ensure radiation safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor technologists and build a culture of accountability and growth.
• Identify workflow gaps and implement process improvements.
• Handle operational challenges and make sound decisions.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinic leaders for seamless care.
• Ensure imaging equipment is properly utilized, maintained, and ready.
