Job summary

Maxicare Health Care in Makati is seeking a senior Radiologic Technologist to lead the imaging department, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient operations. You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and partner with clinicians to deliver excellent patient care.

The role requires a BS in Radiologic Technology, PRC license, and 2–5 years of radiology leadership experience. You will balance patient care with team leadership and operational excellence in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• BS in Radiologic Technology with PRC license.
• 2–5 years of radiology/imaging experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient safety awareness.
• Mentoring or guiding colleagues (formal or informal).
• Ability to balance patient care, leadership and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the radiology team in delivering accurate, timely, patient-centered diagnostic services.
• Oversee daily imaging operations to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient experience.
• Ensure strict compliance with radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop technologists, fostering accountability and growth.
• Identify workflow gaps and implement process improvements to boost quality.
• Handle operational challenges proactively and make sound decisions.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinic leaders for seamless patient care.
• Ensure proper utilization, maintenance, and readiness of imaging equipment.
