As a Senior Radiographer (MRI), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Perform routine and specialised MRI examinations in accordance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal image quality throughout examinations.
• Operate MRI scanners and perform routine quality control checks and equipment maintenance.
• Comply with MRI safety guidelines, departmental SOPs, and clinical standards.
• Participate in rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and on-call duties as required.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff and students.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper inventory management and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
• Participate in continuous professional development and departmental quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide teaching, mentoring, and leadership support to junior staff.
• Undertake higher-level responsibilities when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer, Department Manager, or Head of Department.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Recognised Diploma or Degree in Diagnostic Radiography, or equivalent qualification recognised by AHPC.
