Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA qualification is preferred.
• At least seven years of experience in Accounting or Record-to-Report processes.
• Experience in a multinational company with regular stakeholder interaction.
• Experience in Shared Services, Global Capability Center, or BPO environments is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the accounting records of assigned legal entities and designated Record-to-Report processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare, review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Hershey’s account reconciliation policy.
• Support tax functions and ensure timely filing of indirect taxes.
• Manage process governance, approvals, escalations, issue resolution, and control compliance.
• Maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and internal controls.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Partner with regional finance teams and other business leaders.
