Philippine SteelFraming Construction and Development Corporation, based in San Fernando, Pampanga, seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost estimation, budgeting and financial viability across steel framing projects. The role focuses on accurate BOQ preparation, contract documentation and stakeholder liaison to drive profitability and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field and professional QS qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years post-qualification experience in construction.
• Extensive cost estimation, BOQ management and contract documentation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine construction standards and contracts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from drawings.
• Control project costs, identify variances and implement corrective actions.
• Manage BOQ, material and labour assessments with accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and engineers to clarify specs.
• Conduct site measurements and verify quantities against contracts.
• Prepare variation orders and change orders with justification.
• Maintain cost records and produce regular financial reports.
• Advise on cost-saving opportunities and value engineering.
• Manage subcontractor pricing and supplier quotes.
• Mentor junior surveying staff and ensure professional development.
