Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably in fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of construction cost estimation, procurement, and contract management.
• Proficient in the use of industry-standard cost management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for fit-out projects.
• Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction process.
• Negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts.
• Providing regular cost reports and forecasts to project stakeholders.
• Identifying and mitigating potential cost risks and variances.
• Collaborating with the project team to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all financial aspects of the project.
