Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to prepare takeoffs and bid proposals for CPC's commercial construction projects in the western U.S. The role requires 7+ years in quantity surveying, deep knowledge of plans, and experience with Bluebeam and MS Office.

Work is night shift from Manila with permanent homebased setup and a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely cost estimates. Applicants should have a Civil Engineering degree and preferably graduates from MAPUA University or

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience in quantity surveying with site/construction exposure.
• Proficient in estimation software and MS Office suite.
• Overseas experience preferred (Hong Kong, Thailand, Middle East).

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and bid proposals for commercial construction.
• Develop accurate estimates for private and public sector projects.
• Oversee bid proposals and ensure alignment with drawings and standards.
• Provide reports and support to senior management on bids and sales pipeline.
