Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support Australian construction projects from a homebased setup in the Philippines. The role focuses on quantifying construction works, preparing bills of quantities, and interpreting drawings, specifications, and contracts with accuracy.

The candidate should work independently, ensure cost planning and measurement accuracy, and liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience quantifying construction works and preparing bills of quantities.
• Ability to interpret project specifications and drawings with accuracy.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantification of construction works across various projects.
• Develop and maintain accurate bills of quantities for estimating and cost control.
• Interpret drawings and contracts to produce reliable measurement outputs.
• Review contracts to identify commercial requirements, costs, and scope.
• Support cost planning, tender analysis, and variations assessment.
• Identify discrepancies and risks, providing practical resolutions.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on scope and pricing.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, record-keeping, and reporting throughout all phases.
