Outsourced.ph is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator for an NZ client. The role is homebased from the Philippines with a Manila schedule (6AM-3PM). You will cover tendering, procurement, cost control, variations and final accounts across multiple projects.

You will work closely with regional operators, suppliers and project teams to ensure on-time procurement and accurate cost reporting, with a focus on commercial feasibility and risk management.

Qualificações

• A Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or similar relevant qualification.
• Ideally 5+ years experience in quantity surveying, estimating or commercial construction.
• Strong construction drawing and specification interpretation skills.
• Demonstrated experience completing detailed quantity take-offs.
• Experience preparing construction estimates and tenders.
• Strong procurement and supplier quotation analysis experience.
• Experience with project budgets, variations, progress claims and cost reporting.
• Excel skills and proficiency with QS software.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to communicate confidently with management, suppliers and project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and live projects independently.
• Strong commercial judgement.

Responsabilidades

• Review drawings, specs, schedules and tender documentation.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and measurements.
• Prepare construction estimates and tender pricing.
• Obtain and analyse supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare tender comparison schedules and submissions.
• Maintain historical pricing and estimating information.
• Establish and manage project budgets after award.
• Monitor expenditure and cost reporting.
• Prepare variation pricing and final accounts.
• Coordinate procurement and purchase orders.
• Track lead times and supplier pricing.
• Provide commercial support to project teams and management.
