London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Associate Product Specialist to support analysts and quants. You will extract data from centralized databases, run complex calculations, and tailor workflows to customers' needs, delivering high-value insights.

You will train clients, demonstrate product capabilities, and work with sales to onboard new business while advocating for feature improvements to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering/CS/Finance/Math or equivalent.
• Experience with financial or big data databases.
• Intermediate SQL coding experience.
• Experience with equity markets and data content.
• Experience in quantitative analytics / equity research / risk / financial modeling.
• Familiarity with Matlab, R, Python.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical personnel.
• Willingness to travel and cover shifts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct specialized customer service support to analysts, researchers, and quants at leading investment firms.
• Assist clients in understanding and using Refinitiv and third-party data from centralized databases for backtesting models.
• Solve, research, code scripts, and answer client inquiries on content and database functionality.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with existing clients through training, meetings, and onboarding support.
• Meet with Sales and prospective customers to gather requirements and demonstrate platform capabilities.
• Improve customer experience by advocating for new features and increasing product usage.
• Contribute to Lean Six Sigma-inspired process improvements.
• Coach or mentor the Product Specialist and new hires.
