You will design and articulate sophisticated data calculations and workflows, and demonstrate platform capabilities to clients. The role emphasizes independent problem solving, customer training, and onboarding new business.

As a senior associate, you will travel (<5%) when needed, build relationships, and help customers derive insights and value from LSEG content and products. You will work within a team that values innovation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in client-facing role in financial or data modelling industry.
• Advanced understanding of the business area, customer profile, and products supported.
• Ability to travel (< 5%)

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized customer service and consulting to analysts, researchers, data scientists and developers at corporate accounts.
• Solve sophisticated client queries independently and ensure accurate delivery of information.
• Build and manage relationships through training, meetings, implementation support, case management and timely assistance in clients' research and model development needs.
• Advocate for and test new product features and promote greater usage within the client workflow.
• Meet with Sales and prospective customers to gather requirements, demonstrate platform capabilities and assist in onboarding new business.
