Job summary

WNS Global Services, Inc. is seeking a senior quality leader to drive a Next-Gen Shared Services Quality Organization. You will lead audit programs, ensure ISO-aligned processes, and implement remediation plans while mentoring teams across multiple healthcare accounts.

You will champion data-driven improvements, monitor SLA performance, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to raise standards and deliver low-risk, reliable BAU.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of overall work experience.
• 2–3 years in Quality as a Manager or Senior Manager.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green belt certified or understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts.
• Healthcare accounts experience is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Open to working onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Next-Gen Shared Services Quality Organization by raising service-delivery standards and enabling low-risk BAU.
• Drive audit compliance, root cause analysis, remediation plans and adherence to contract targets.
• Deliver sampling and stratification strategy based on compliance checks, process metrics and priorities.
• Ensure continued calibration to the quality framework and ISO standards.
• Accountable for driving performance to meet quality metrics including SLA baselining and predictive monitoring.
• Foster Kaizen initiatives and build Lean Six Sigma awareness within the team.
• Lead customer complaint resolution process through closure and ensure timely reporting and insights.
• Mentor projects and support career development, coaching and collaboration across teams.
