Job summary

WNS in Metro Manila is seeking a Transformational Quality Manager to lead and coach teams toward improving performance and meeting metric goals. You will manage team performance, provide constructive feedback, and handle administrative tasks in operational support to drive process excellence.

The ideal candidate has 7–9 years in BPO, with 3–5 years in this senior quality role, and certified Green Belt or Black Belt preferred. This position offers growth within a growing global BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Overall 7 to 9 years of BPO experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as Transformational Quality Manager.
• Preferably Greenbelt / Blackbelt Certified.

Responsibilities

• Must have good problem solving, decision making & analytical skills.
• Manages team performance.
• Provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to subordinates.
• Performs administrative tasks for Operational support.
• Lead teams into achieving metric goals, complete monthly deliverable and tasks.
