Job summary

Foundever is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead the Quality-as-a-Service line. You will define quality standards, build and guide high-performing teams, and ensure compliance with COPC standards and QMS frameworks.

You will implement monitoring processes, develop sampling plans, and drive continuous improvement to exceed client expectations. Collaboration with stakeholders and effective leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with completed projects.
• Extensive experience in a Quality Management role in BPO/shared services or QaaS.
• Deep knowledge of COPC standards and QMS frameworks.
• Strong skills in quality tools, process mapping, and statistical reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing abilities.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement transaction and task monitoring per client specs and COPC standards.
• Design sampling strategies, determine monitoring frequencies and sample sizes.
• Develop and manage monitoring plans and schedules for tasks.
• Ensure compliance with QMS requirements and governance with strong controls.
• Monitor performance using data, control charts, and detailed reports.
• Lead client communications, calibration sessions, and improvement programs.
