Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a seasoned Training & Quality leader to serve as the single point of contact for Clients and Concentrix leaders, driving execution and consistency in our Training and Quality Framework. You will lead enterprise level programs across geographies, sponsor AI-enabled learning initiatives, and ensure data-driven decision making.

In this role, you will govern performance, engage clients through workshops, and scale Training & Quality as a Service while optimizing workforce
