Job summary

Nexperia in the Philippines is seeking an experienced quality engineer to ensure changes do not introduce non-conformities and to prevent defective units from leaving the plant. You will diligently handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints while using data, signals, and tools to sustain robust quality performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 5+ years in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Experience in process or quality engineering, change management and handling customer complaints.
• Strong proficiency in FMEA, SPC and data-driven problem solving.
• Proficient with MS Office; experienced with JMP, Minitab, Spotfire and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Ensures changes in assigned area do not cause quality non-conformities.
• Prevents non-conforming units from leaving the factory or reaching customers.
• Handles customer requests, feedback and complaints related to area.
• Uses signals, data, tools to support quality assurance.
• Interacts with Operators, Technicians, Line QCs; collaborates with cross functional teams and BE counterparts.
