Job summary

ADDMORE Services LLC. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) with deep experience in kitchen, joinery, stone, and marble works to lead quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for international projects.

The role emphasizes independent work, accuracy, and timely delivery for global clients. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of QS/estimating experience, strong proficiency with CostX/Planswift/Bluebeam/Excel, and comfort working night shifts from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of QS/Estimator experience.
• Strong kitchen and cabinetry experience.
• Stone/marble project experience including countertops.
• Ability to work independently with international clients.
• Proficient with estimation software such as CostX, Planswift, Bluebeam, Excel.
• Available to work night shift and start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Review drawings and specifications.
• Measure materials, finishes, fittings, hardware, and accessories.
• Prepare material and labor cost estimates.
• Analyze drawings, scope, and specs for requirements.
• Prepare quotations and pricing.
• Review supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Assist in tender preparation and submission.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
• Coordinate with estimators, drafters, PMs, and other teams.
• Ensure estimates are accurate and submitted on time.
• Maintain estimating databases and project records.
• Review variations and assist with cost control.
• Communicate with clients and suppliers for clarifications.
