Qualifications

• Background in stone industry (marble/granite) is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with drafting background.
• Ability to read drawing plans and interpret technical drawings.
• Specialization in Technical Drawing or similar education is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with good English communication skills.

• Preferably with background in Stone Industry (Marble and Granite)
• Proficient in AutoCAD. With background in drafting.
• Able to read drawing plans.
• With specialization on Technical Drawing preparation or any similar education.
• Keen to details and can work with less supervision.
• With good Mathematical analysis and English communication skills both written and oral.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate, quantify work items based on bid and approved construction plan.
• Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software with background in cost estimation.
• Read and interpret Technical or Architectural plan, or Shop Drawings.
• Know how to use Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, etc.
• With Background in Material and Labor costing.
• Calculating dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials.
• Design diagrams, maps, and layouts to illustrate workflow.
• Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the operations and sales team.
• Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards, coordinate with operations, sales and general manager.
