Job summary

Cloud-Accountant-Staffing is seeking a senior Operations Manager to own core processes that connect our Accounting Program and CFO Services. You will ensure every engagement has the right systems access, licenses, and onboarding in place, and you will drive cross-team coordination to deliver a seamless client experience across time zones.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in professional services operations, a strong track record of automating workflows, and excellent written communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business operations, program management, or professional services firm operations.
• Experience owning a process end to end — from design through documentation through adoption.
• Experience coordinating external vendors and holding them to a service standard.
• Extremely tech-savvy and focused on efficiencies and automations using technology and AI tools.
• Excellent written communication skills across time zones.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time in a remote work environment.
• Comfortable working with senior leaders and giving direct answers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Access Setup for new engagements: systems access for client accounting, e-commerce platforms, and banking access.
• Access Governance: end-to-end verification and offboarding revocation.
• Cross-Service-Line Coordination between Accounting Program and CFO Services for unified client experience.
• Recruiting Coordination: manage candidate flow, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Employee & Contractor Onboarding: onboarding across domestic and international teams.
• Offboarding: complete access revocation, license reclamation, equipment recovery.
