Job summary

M Moser Associates is seeking a Senior QA/QC Document Controller to support the QA/QC Manager and project team on a complex design-and-build construction project. The role blends routine site quality surveillance with systematic control of quality records and project documentation.

The successful candidate will maintain ACC records, manage document control, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure information is complete, current, and accessible.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC documentation on construction projects.
• Strong filing discipline and ability to retrieve information quickly.
• Knowledge of IRs, MIRs, ITPs, and NCR processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform site quality surveillance and document control to ensure records are complete and current.
• Maintain master registers and ACC filing structure for quality documentation.
• Coordinate with PMs, PMC, client, GC, and contractors to obtain missing records.
