Job summary

Staff Domain in the Philippines is seeking a Senior QA Resource to support hands-on manual testing across features, collaborating with a QA lead to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

You will execute manual test cases, maintain test plans, log defects, perform regression and exploratory testing, and document steps to reproduce issues. The role is full-time with WFH and PH time-aligned schedules, offering health insurance, dental, and life coverage from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manual quality assurance testing
• Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies (functional, regression, exploratory)
• Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work independently while aligning with team testing schedules

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases across features to identify defects
• Collaborate with QA lead to align testing priorities and schedules
• Create, maintain, and manage test cases and plans in the designated tool
• Log, track, and update defects and testing progress
• Perform regression, functional, and exploratory testing as needed
• Document testing outcomes with reproduction steps for defects
• Participate in defect triage to prioritize issues
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to verify fixes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes
