Job summary

Staff Domain Inc is seeking a diligent QA Tester to join our team from a work-from-home setup in the Philippines. The role emphasizes executing manual test cases across features, tracking defects, and documenting results to support quality throughout the development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in IT/CS, at least 3 years in manual QA, and hands-on experience with Jira and Zephyr, plus Salesforce exposure. Strong attention to detail and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field.
3+ years of manual QA testing experience.
Experience with Jira and Zephyr for test management.
Salesforce experience is required.

Responsibilities

Execute manual test cases across features and updates to identify defects and quality issues.
Collaborate with the QA lead to align testing priorities, coverage, and schedules.
Create, maintain, and manage test cases and test plans in the test management tool.
Log, track, and update defects and testing progress in the system.
Perform regression, functional, and exploratory testing as needed to validate fixes.
Document and report testing outcomes with reproduction steps for defects.
Participate in defect triage to prioritize and clarify issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to verify fixes and resolutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and docs.
