STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS (S3) in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Senior QA Analyst (Epic/Nasco) for a hybrid role with 2x monthly onsite. The position operates on US time (night shift, PHT) and requires a strong QA leadership background.

You will lead enterprise QA initiatives, design testing strategies, mentor QA staff, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive risk-based testing across projects, ensuring coverage for functional, integration, and UAT testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• 2-3 years experience with either Epic or Nasco System.
• Advanced understanding of SDLC, STLC, and multiple QA methodologies.
• Experience leading testing projects and mentoring team members.
• Strong expertise in test strategy development and risk assessment.
• Advanced SQL skills and database testing experience.
• Experience with enterprise-level application testing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex testing initiatives and coordinate testing across multiple projects.
• Design comprehensive test strategies and testing approaches for enterprise applications.
• Perform advanced exploratory testing and security testing validation.
• Lead requirement analysis and provide testing estimates for project planning.
• Establish testing standards, processes, and best practices for the team.
• Conduct risk assessment and develop risk-based testing strategies.
• Mentor QA Analysts and Associate QA Analysts
• Collaborate with architects and senior developers on testability requirements.
• Lead user acceptance testing coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Drive test process improvements and quality metrics reporting.
