Lemon.io is seeking a Senior QA Engineer for direct hire to join a remote team serving startups in the US and Europe. You will blend manual and automated testing, ensuring high-quality products across cycles, and leverage BrowserStack, TestRail, and Playwright to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automation testing.
• 2+ years of experience in manual testing.
• 2+ years of experience with Cypress, Playwright or Selenium.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills — ability to work full-time remotely with no supervision.
• Demonstrates responsibility and proactivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform automation testing and contribute to test automation suites.
• Execute manual testing to validate product quality.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements.
• Ensure quality across multiple stages of the development lifecycle.
