Job summary

Sysgen RPO, Inc. is seeking a motivated QA Tester to join our engineering team in Makati or BGC. The role focuses on delivering high-quality software through manual testing, exploratory testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of software testing experience, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with Cypress/Playwright. You will participate in agile ceremonies and support UAT with clear test documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in software testing.
• Experience preparing and documenting test cases and test scenarios.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the QA field.
• Cypress & Playwright experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory and functional testing to identify issues and ensure software meets quality standards.
• Prepare detailed and structured test cases and scenarios, including test data, conditions, and expected outcomes.
• Execute manual tests for new features, as well as regression tests on existing functionality.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other team members across various locations.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by verifying issues, preparing test reports, and assisting stakeholders.
