Job summary

Beyond is hiring a senior QA engineer to shape QA practices for AI-enabled web applications in a regulated financial environment. You will define QA strategy, build scalable automation with Playwright and TypeScript, and lead AI testing initiatives with Claude Code.

You'll collaborate directly with delivery teams and client stakeholders, staying hands-on while expanding QA as the program grows. Hybrid work in a fintech-focused setup is offered.

Qualifications

• Senior Test Engineer with strong automated testing background.

Responsibilities

• Drive Quality Strategy: Define, own, and scale the overarching QA and test automation strategy for the clients applications.
• Architect Automation: Design, build, and maintain robust automated test suites from scratch using Playwright with TypeScript.
• Pioneer AI Testing: Lead validation for AI-enabled apps, including non-deterministic behavior and output quality.
• Leverage AI for QA: Use Claude Code and other AI tools to accelerate test creation and tooling.
• Build the Framework: Create agentic testing frameworks and internal QA tooling.
• Pipeline Integration: Integrate API and end-to-end testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Present test strategies and risk assessments to senior client stakeholders.
• Navigate Complexity: Ensure high quality in a regulated financial setting with secure access.
