Job summary

M3 Global Research is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to manage daily QA activities and ensure software quality and scalability. You will test products to meet client needs, working with Engineering and Product teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 4+ years in QA automation, knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress, and strong communication across disciplines. You will support AI-assisted testing workflows and CI/CD processes, with a focus on reliability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of QA/testing automation experience.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages QA processes to ensure quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA and development teams.
• Coordinates product testing processes.
• Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, especially when recurring across products.
• Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
• Works with manager to help communicate releases to the business.
