Qualifications

We are looking for a QA Automation Test Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the stability, functionality, and quality of our applications. You will work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps to implement automation within CI/CD pipelines and support continuous improvement of our testing processes.

Qualifications

Must‑Have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related courses
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in Automation Testing
• Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium/WebDriver. (Market shift toward Playwright/Cypress due to speed & cross‑browser capability.)
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, or C# for writing automated scripts.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies: test planning, risk‑based testing, regression strategies, and root‑cause analysis.
• Experience testing APIs using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD automation and pipeline integration.

Nice‑to‑Have

• ISTQB Certifications (Foundation or CTAL‑TAE – Test Automation Engineer).
• Knowledge of OWASP testing concepts and security testing practices.
• Experience with performance testing (JMeter, k6).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools.
