Job summary

M3 Global Research, an M3 company, is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to manage the daily QA activity related to work submitted by the Engineering Team. The Senior QA Engineer will test software to ensure it runs smoothly and meets client needs in functionality and scale.

Responsibilities include developing QA processes, coordinating testing, reviewing feedback, and identifying defects to enable timely, quality releases. Excellent collaboration and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of QA/testing automation experience.
Experience with business software systems and user management.
Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Strong teamwork, multitasking and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt using AI-assisted testing approaches.

Responsibilities

Develops, implements, and manages QA processes to ensure quality and reliability before delivery.
Coordinates product testing and communicates quality standards to teams.
Reviews client, customer, and user feedback to improve tests.
Identifies issues, bugs, and defects and facilitates solutions.
Gaskets releases with management and stakeholders.
