Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Associate QA Engineer to strengthen our quality engineering practice. You will design, implement and maintain automated test suites across CI/CD pipelines, and drive testing for cloud-based applications.

You have 7–8 years of QA experience, expert in frameworks like Cucumber, Playwright or Cypress, and hands-on Java or Python for automation. Collaboration across geographies is essential.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of Quality Engineer experience.
• Proficient in test automation frameworks such as Cucumber, Playwright or Cypress.
• Proficient level of experience in test automation programming language (Java or Python).
• Proficient in REST API test automation practices and tools (JMeter, Postman).
• Proficient in functional and non-functional testing, including performance testing.
• Proficient in CI/CD practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, JIRA).
• Experience with cloud applications.
• Independent and able to multi-task; collaborative across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with QA Manager to improve testing lifecycle, architecture, and implementation.
• Design and implement test plans and test cases.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts integrated in CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure, optimize and execute automated test scripts.
• Enhance and maintain automation framework.
• Peer review outputs and provide guidance on best practices.
• Recommend process improvements to the QA team.
• Analyze requirements to determine testing scope and coverage.
• Coordinate with development and other teams for project clarity.
• Build trust and collaborate across teams.
