Job summary

Outsourced Global Staff is seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer to own quality assurance across our cloud-based applications. The role requires rapid contribution in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

You will design and maintain automated test frameworks, execute functional and regression tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards. Strong communication and SDLC competency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of QA with automation in cloud environments.
• Strong experience with Playwright is preferred; Selenium acceptable.
• Familiarity with agentic AI tools such as Codex or Claude.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work in fast-paced release cycles and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites.
• Execute functional, regression, and integration tests across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Support rapid release cycles and uphold quality standards.
• Improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies; use AI-assisted testing to enhance coverage.
• Act as QA orchestrator within established QA processes to reduce manual effort with AI approaches.
• Evolve AI-enabled QA workflows to increase speed and team productivity.
