Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Associate to join its DevSecOps team, driving automation, reliability, and secure cloud platforms across AWS, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes (EKS). The role focuses on building and operating robust engineering systems that support cloud-native applications and AI-enabled services in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines; define infrastructure as code with Terraform; support AWS

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in DevOps/DevSecOps or Cloud Engineering, building and operating CI/CD pipelines and AWS-based infrastructure.
• Comfortable using Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code and working with container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar) and experienced with Git-based workflows.
• Able to tackle sophisticated systems, apply sound engineering judgment, and work within Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Define and manage infrastructure using Terraform
• Support AWS environments across compute, networking, and storage
• Operate container platforms using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)
• Ensure systems meet security and service standards
• Diagnose issues and implement scalable solutions
• Improve automation across build, deployment, and operations including monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and platform teams
• Reduce manual effort and improve system efficiency
• Support incident management, including L3 investigations
