DigiPlus Interactive Corp. seeks a seasoned game designer lead to own overseas PvP mini-game design, balancing, and live operations. You will shape core gameplay, write documentation, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver engaging experiences.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in game design, a proven track record with a launched PvP title, and deep knowledge of overseas monetization models. Strong English communication and rapid prototyping are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in game design with at least one launched PvP title.
• Experience with or familiarity with card/board games (casino or traditional).
• Deep understanding of overseas monetization models (IAP, ads, season passes).
• Strong system design and numerical balancing skills; able to deliver well-balanced gameplay.
• Excellent English for professional use; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall gameplay, system framework, balancing, and level design for overseas PvP mini-games.
• Develop and iterate creative gameplay solutions based on market research and user feedback.
• Write comprehensive design docs covering gameplay, UI flow, levels, balancing, and live ops/events.
• Coordinate cross-department efforts with engineering, art, and operations teams for smooth delivery.
• Oversee pacing of core gameplay and player experience aligned with target market aesthetics.
