Job summary

GR8 Global Philippines seeks a Client Accounting and Advisory Senior Associate to lead client accounting services with a strong US GAAP foundation, delivering high-quality work while coordinating with Rehmann teams. Remote work is involved, and on-site collaboration is expected as required.

You will mentor junior staff, analyze financial data for clients, and drive process improvements while staying current with evolving accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in US public accounting or client-facing roles.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day full-cycle accounting operations from planning to delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members, mentoring and coaching them to enhance their skills.
• Analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements in client engagements.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and ensure compliance in engagements.
