Job Description

The Psychologist is responsible for ensuring that the established Mental Health programs, internal systems, and policies of the company are implemented with the highest degree of accuracy and professionalism. Mind You sets a new industry standard for Mental Health care, and as such, continuous improvement of said programs, policies and guidelines should follow. The Psychologist is also responsible for ensuring world‑class delivery of counseling, preventive care, and professional service to the staff of our client companies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Administers internal operational workflows and establishes systems, operating procedures, and processes in accordance with the Mental Health Laws, code of ethics, and the National Privacy Commissions.
• Performs psychological interventions such as but not limited to counseling, psychotherapy, assessment, etc. to the clients.
• Diagnoses and treats various mental, emotional, and behavioral issues of the clients.
• Reviews relevant resources, synthesizes evidence‑based and translated complex mental health concepts to ensure understanding from the client’s perspectives.
• Provides psychological assessments and recommendations for appropriate treatments or interventions to the clients.
• Establishes effective client relationships to provide optimal client solutions.
• Conducts case management and other administrative tasks, if necessary.
• Identifies opportunities for efficiencies in the SOPs and innovative approaches to completing the scope of work.
• Promotes Mind You to potential prospects and industry leaders to help move towards the overall goal of serving millions of Filipinos.
