You will ensure accuracy, audit compliance, and maintain KPI reporting, while acting as the client’s single escalation point.

The role emphasizes QA over transactions, coordinating with PAM system support, managing access, and driving process improvements. On-site in Taguig, Philippines with strong stakeholder interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Real Estate or other relevant disciplines.
• Experience in audit, quality assurance or compliance functions.
• Willingness to align working hours to the Australian business day.

Responsibilities

• Own knowledge transfer during transitions and ensure quality assurance across outputs.
• Audit lease renewal and letting fees for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare KPI matrices and newsletters for stakeholders.
• Provide service performance reporting to client and leadership.
• Act as single point of contact for day-to-day queries and escalations.
• Maintain and update templates, process documentation and SOPs.
• Identify and propose process transformation and automation opportunities.
