BTSMC Managing Solutions, Inc. is urgently seeking a PROJECT SITE I&C (Instrumentation & Control) ENGINEER to oversee installation, testing and commissioning for a coal-fired project in Toledo City, Cebu.

The role requires deep experience in PM, safety, scheduling, cost control and protection systems, with strong vendor and contractor coordination. The successful candidate will lead discipline teams, ensure alignment with vendor requirements, and coordinate field-office communication to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Systems Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Engineer.
• 10 years' experience in project management, construction safety management, scheduling management, cost control, construction management.
• At least 1 year experience in coal-fired construction project.
• At least 5 years' experience as discipline leader in the field.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLC, NDME, metering, GPS synchronization, and protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Review system integration submittals for full-plant integration and interconnection.
• Review vendor data for equipment installation and preservation.
• Coordinate protection settings, logic coordination, and fault analysis with grid operators.
• Monitor SCADA/DCS/PLC integration and interface testing across plant units.
• Prepare daily site accomplishment reports and attend safety meetings.
• Witness tests and commissioning of protection relays and instrumentation.
