Job summary
AboitizPower is seeking a C&I Technician based in the Philippines to support preventive and corrective maintenance of plant instrumentation and control systems. The role collaborates with the Maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable operation of generating units and contributes to energy transformation.
The candidate will assist the C&I Supervisor during functional tests and unit start-ups, perform troubleshooting and calibration of instrumentation, and help maintain accurate maintenance
Qualifications
- Must have vocational/technical training in instrumentation and control systems.
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
Responsibilities
- Performs corrective and preventive maintenance on plant instruments and control systems, including calibration and repair.
- Assists the C&I Supervisor in functional tests, performance rating tests, and instrument evaluation during unit start-up.
- Performs troubleshooting, overhaul and repair of process monitoring and control systems, instrument power supply, and pneumatic/electronic instrumentation.
- Maintains records and supports outage and project activities as needed.
