• Support pre-sales with estimates and identify automation opportunities.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to automation roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/Business/Engineering.
