You will own scope, timelines and quality, guiding cross-functional teams and coordinating resources to ensure timely, within-scope, and high-quality results from kickoff to final sign-off.

The role is remote and aligns with US/global client time zones, requiring evening hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, scope control, and milestone tracking.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience managing remote or digital-first projects for international clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects from inception through final sign-off.
• Take full ownership of scope, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Coordinate resources and ensure proper documentation of activities.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients during production.
