Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery teams across multiple projects from concept to launch and ongoing maintenance. You will drive schedules, budgets, and quality while mentoring Project Managers and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

This role requires strong client-facing skills, global delivery experience, and the ability to align with an EMEA shift. You will champion governance, risk management, and continuous improvement to meet business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative production, marketing activation, print and digital marketing.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams across regions.
• Proven client-facing and account servicing experience with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Studio, Account Management, Global Content teams, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to budget.
• Build and maintain client relationships, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Drive projects from brief to delivery, track timelines, budgets, and utilization.
• Mitigate risks via prioritization and resource management, and manage scope from initiation to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and workflows across cross-functional teams.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; coach PMs and team members.
• Deliver professional presentations, proposals, reports, and client-facing materials.
• Ensure governance and continuous improvement to meet business objectives.
