Job summary

Concentrix in Quezon City seeks a Sr. Project Manager to oversee delivery of projects within the Center of Excellence, coordinating timelines, budgets and quality.

You will act as the first escalation point, manage multiple project types including Managed Services and Turnkey implementations, and provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Jira is preferred; PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in technology or CX

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 3–5 years in project management, preferably in technology or CX domain.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables; monitor progress against timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Act as the first escalation point for project-related concerns; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders; facilitate meetings and provide regular progress reports.
• Manage multiple project types: Managed Services, Turnkey Implementations, Administrative Support; ensure successful delivery.
• Track and report key metrics including milestones and financials; ensure billing milestones align with deliverables.
