Job summary

Turner & Townsend is a global professional services firm hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate major projects across APAC from the Philippines. The role requires extensive experience in project/construction management and strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will ensure governance, risk management, and the deployment of standard project management tools while aligning with client budgets and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ project management or construction management experience, or any similar combination of education and experience.
• Program Management qualification and at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role
• Must be detail-oriented, analytical and computer-literate with proven leadership skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of construction practices and techniques, contract laws, project controls and building support systems.
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills in both English and local language where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and act as escalation point for all projects in Region.
• Coordinate account resources to determine project scopes prior to approval.
• Support and guide delivery of all Projects within APAC.
• Oversee Project Managers from a Program perspective to ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure use of Project Management systems and tools and train delivery Project Managers.
• Prepare and maintain the capital expenditure plan in accordance with budgeting approvals.
• Identify and plan PM resources to meet project demand across region.
