Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead complex multi-workstream initiatives in our dynamic team. You will shape strategy, define roadmaps, and drive delivery in line with business goals, ensuring value realisation and governance.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement at senior levels, risk and issue management, and delivering projects on time and within budget while promoting best practices across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in project management or equivalent field.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience delivering large, complex programmes.
• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) are advantageous.
• Strong programme and project management expertise.
• Good financial and commercial awareness.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong influencing skills with credibility at senior levels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Deliver updates, insights, risks and recommendations clearly.
