Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative production, marketing activation, print and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Studio, Account Management, Global Content teams, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to budget.
• Build and maintain client relationships, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Drive projects from brief to delivery, track timelines, budgets, and utilization.
• Mitigate risks via prioritization and resource management, and manage scope from initiation to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and workflows across cross-functional teams.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; coach PMs and team members.
• Deliver professional presentations, proposals, reports, and client-facing materials.

Purpose of the Job

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading delivery teams and overseeing projects from concept development and kick-off through launch, reporting, and ongoing maintenance. This role plays a key part in driving operational efficiency, achieving successful project outcomes, and ensuring high-quality deliverables at every stage of the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will also manage, mentor, and develop Project Managers and other team members across multiple projects, fostering accountability, performance excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Studio, Account Management, Global Content teams, and other internal and external stakeholders to develop effective solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a trusted partner, proactively managing expectations, facilitating strategic discussions, addressing escalations, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
• Drive projects from brief through execution, including adherence to timelines and deadlines, scheduling meetings and reviews, managing project budgets, and tracking utilization.
• Mitigate project risks by identifying potential issues within a project or team and managing their impact through prioritization, effective resource management, task delegation, and requirement planning.
• Manage and control agreed project scope from initiation through final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and workflows while coordinating project delivery, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and regular status reporting.
• Champion project delivery processes and contribute to strategic initiatives, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement across the Manila Global Integrated Studio.
• Manage project financial documentation, including estimates, supplier onboarding, and related administrative requirements.
• Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning to ensure financial and operational objectives are achieved.
• Perform quality control throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables meet required standards and client expectations.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Project Managers and other team members through regular performance discussions, coaching, feedback, and development planning.
• Drive accountability, quality, and delivery excellence across project teams.
• Balance competing priorities across multiple projects, assignments, and launches while ensuring delivery commitments are met.
• Develop and deliver professional presentations, proposals, reports, business cases, and client-facing materials.
• Support company goals and objectives through effective project governance and execution.
• Identify and escalation project issues, dependencies, and risks in a timely manner to ensure project success.
• Willingness to work an EMEA-aligned shift schedule as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in creative production, marketing activation, print and digital marketing, with familiarity in emerging technologies.
• Prior people management experience is required. Experience within a global production environment, shared services organization, or creative agency is an advantage.
• Proven client-facing and account servicing experience, with the ability to build strong relationships, facilitate discussions, manage stakeholder expectations, handle challenging situations professionally, and present solutions confidently to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, standards, and best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in account and project management, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong resource planning, capacity management, allocation, and team leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within fast-paced and demanding timelines.
• Experience driving process improvements, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to identify business opportunities, develop solutions, and create proposals, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across regions, cultures, and functions.
• High degree of ownership, accountability, proactive problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Working knowledge of Workfront or similar project and workflow management tools is desirable.
