You will coach junior PMs, champion continuous improvement, and adapt between waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery to meet challenges, while staying composed under pressure. CET hours apply and opportunity to work on international projects.

Responsibilities

• Own a flagship project (≈ A$10 million) from charter to benefits realisation.
• Forge one team: align sponsors, SMEs and partners behind KPIs.
• Make status crystal-clear with real-time dashboards and reporting.
• Raise the bar: coach junior PMs and share playbook tweaks.
• Blend & bend delivery approaches as needed (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
• Stay cool under fire and maintain project resilience.
