Qualifications

• 7+ years refining governance & controls that actually work.
• Proven wins adding value within project, program or portfolio PMOs.
• Experience guiding traditional and agile initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support & optimise PMOs across projects, programs and portfolios.
• Uplift maturity—refine processes, tools and metrics that make governance hum.
• Own governance—schedule, cost, RAID, benefits: nothing slips.
• Coach peers—motivate, guide and upskill PMO analysts and coordinators.
• Influence up—translate data into clear, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders.
• Stay cool—your composure steadies the room when stakes spike.
