Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager for construction projects in the Philippines. The role requires overseeing multiple projects, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

You will lead teams, prepare schedules, monitor resources, and manage documentation, billing, and safety compliance across sites in Cavite and Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• PRC license required for Electronics or Electrical.
• 5 years of related FDAS and Auxiliary Items experience.
• Proven project management experience in construction or related industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project execution from start to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources.
• Supervise project team, contractors, and site activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor daily and weekly progress.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Handle project documentation, reports, and progress billing.
• Identify issues, delays, and risks; implement solutions and catch-up plans.
• Manage variation orders, testing & commissioning, and project close-out.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Lead team development, meetings, and performance monitoring.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
