Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Project Manager for construction projects in Muntinlupa. The role requires 5 years of FDAS and Auxiliary experience, with proven PM expertise and the ability to lead site teams, manage schedules, budgets, and client coordination.

Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, scheduling, budgeting, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring safety and quality, and preparing progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Must be a Registered and Licensed Electronics or Electrical Engineer (PRC licensed).
• With 5 years related work experience in FDAS and Auxiliary Items.
• With proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or related industry.
• Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills.
• Knowledgeable in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experienced in handling contractors, suppliers, and client coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to do site visits and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project execution from start to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources (SWM).
• Supervise project team, contractors, and site activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor daily and weekly progress.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Handle project documentation, reports, and progress billing (FWAR/PB).
• Identify issues, delays, and risks; implement solutions and catch-up plans.
• Manage variation orders, testing & commissioning, and project close-out.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Lead team development, meetings, and performance monitoring.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
